At the Board’s first regular meeting held in July of each year, or as soon thereafter as possible, the Retirement Board elects its President, First Vice President and Second Vice President. Mr. Diepenbrock, Mr. DeVore, and Mr. Kelly were reelected as President, First Vice President, and Second Vice President, respectively, in July 2008.

Regular meetings of the Retirement Board are held at a time and place set by resolution of the Board in accordance with Government Code Sections 54954, 54954.2 and 54954.3. Special meetings will be called by the President or a majority of the members of the Board as provided in Section 54956. As of July, 1999, regular meetings are held the third Thursday of each month, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
